Thomas B. Thomsen

Tom was born in Tilden, Nebraska and has been practicing law for over 40 years. He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln (B.S. 1965) and attended the University of Nebraska College of Law (J.D. 1968), receiving his Juris doctor. At Nebraska, Tom graduated with distinction and was a National Moot Court Semifinalist Phi Delta Phi, Order of the Coif and Lead Articles Editor for the Nebraska Law Review. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association (House of Delegates 1986-1989), American Bar Association and Nebraska Trial Law Association. A member of the Fremont community for many years, Tom has served as the President of Fremont Area Community Foundation Vice President Fremont Area Medical Center Foundation, Fremont Chamber of Commerce President, Greater Fremont Development Council, and Vice President Board of Trustees Midland Lutheran College. The areas of specialty in his practice include estate planning, banking, healthcare, real estate, and business. Tom has extensive trial experience both personal injury and civil trials.
