Bradley E. Nick
Born in Fremont, Nebraska, Brad was raised in Cedar Bluffs and attended Midland Lutheran College (B.A. 1986) cum laude. At the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, Brad earned his Juris doctor from the University of Nebraska Law School (J.D. 1989).
Shane J. Placek
Shane J. Placek is a partner at SidnerLaw in Fremont, Nebraska, with more than two decades of legal experience. His practice focuses on civil litigation, criminal defense, and family law, including divorce, child custody, support, and removal cases involving a parent’s request to relocate with a child. He also represents clients in personal injury matters and assists individuals and families with probate, trusts, and estate planning.
Linsey Moran Bryant
Linsey grew up in Fremont, Nebraska. She graduated from Fremont Senior High School. Linsey received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2000, from Iowa State University, majoring in Exercise and Sport Science, Sport Management. Linsey attended Oklahoma City School of Law and received her juris doctor in 2006. Before joining SidnerLaw, Linsey was an attorney for Legal Aid of Nebraska, and clerked for the Honorable Everett O. Inbody with the Nebraska Court of Appeals. Linsey also served as the Chief Deputy County Attorney for Dodge County, Nebraska.
Hunter J. Horrocks
Hunter J. Horrocks is a partner at SidnerLaw. He represents individuals, families, and businesses in a broad range of civil and criminal matters, including family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, real estate, business matters, probate, trusts, and estate planning. Born and raised in Fremont, Hunter graduated from Fremont Senior High School before attending Midland University, where he studied business administration and history and graduated magna cum laude in 2019. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2022. Hunter returned to Fremont and joined SidnerLaw that same year, becoming a partner in 2026. He currently serves as president of the Dodge County Bar Association and on various community boards.
